This is Captain Jason Young with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report. The Lake levels are still starting to slow down they’re rising slow now. The Largemouth Bass are still coming in and they’re starting to feed up to get ready for the spawn, they’ll be here before you know it. In the mornings the outside weed lines are producing great numbers and during the day the bite slows down so we’ve been moving inside and working our flipping sticks on the Lake. When the bite starts to slow down we’re finding our best bites in the bull rushes and buggy whips. Look for two feet of water with adding the use of a Bass Assassins real warm to go after the big bite on Lake O. This is Captain Jason Young with Tight Lines.

Hello, This is Captain Jason Young with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report. Today I fished on the North end of Lake Okeechobee with Steven and Eigine from Texas and Eigine just got out of the army. So before he went back home Eigine’s Dad wanted to stop on Lake Okeechobee and do some Largemouth Bass fishing. We started the morning fishing Bass Assassin Die Dapper on the weed lines. We caught up to 10 to 15 Largemouth Bass on the Die Dapper first thing this morning. After that the bite started to slow down a little bit, and we had to transition into a more finesse tactic with Finesse Worms deeper in the grass. The only double other day came when Steve managed to catch a Shad and a Largemouth Bass on the same cast. We had a great time the weather was actually quite nice. It was forecasted to rain all day, but we had a few sprinkles in the morning and a lot of wind out of the East, but other than that we just had overcast skies rest of the day, and it made for a very comfortable day. Hello, This is Captain Jason Young with your Lake Okeechobee fishing report for September 14. Today I fished on the South end of Lake Okeechobee with Grant and Lindsay Young. Grant and Lindsey have both recently relocated from California, Grant moved up to Michigan and Lindsay moved to South Florida. Grant always wanted to fish out on Lake Okeechobee. While he was here in Florida visiting his daughter Lindsay, he decided to make the trip over to the Lake Okeechobee and we had a great morning fishing on the outside weed lines with shiners first thing in the morning. The first couple hours was great fishing, our average Largemouth Bass today was probably between that 3 – 5 pound range and a 5 pounder being our biggest. Lake Okeechobee temps were in the low eighties, and we had overcast skies with air temps from the mid eighties. Lake Toho Fishing on Fire Today!
Hey everybody, this is Captain Kip Grunloh here. This is my fishing report for September 11th. West Lake Toho was on Fire today! We boated over 30 fish up to 5 pounds and burned up to five dozen shiners. It was a great trip today. I can’t wait to see them again, what a great couple. They also boated their biggest Largemouth Bass today! Until next time, take the kids fishing.
West Lake fishing The Big One
Hello, everyone Captain Kip Grunloh. This is my fishing report for September 8th. I took one of my favorite clients TJ out today to West Lake and we boated around 10 largemouth bass, with the biggest being around 4 pounds. TJ lost one largemouth bass about seven pounds, but I won’t remind him about losing the big one. Fishing was good today. We threw top waters and worms this morning this did the trick today. We fished West Lake today for 4 hours. Until next time, please take the kids fishing.

Hi everyone, Captain Kip Grunloh here. This my fishing report for May 12th 2015, was at the Butler Chain of Lakes.
Today I had Rob and Dave, what a great time these guys were. We caught some numbers today too! I think around 30 up to 6 and a half pounds…all throwing artificial. We caught them on just about everything today: top water, swim baits, worms, senkos…it really didn’t matter. On thursday we are going to the land of the giants…”Lake Toho” in Orlando – Florida.
