First Guided Fishing Trip
Lake Toho Bass Fishing holds some of the best freshwater fishing in Central Florida. When you are visiting make sure you experience your First Guided Fishing Trip on this amazing fishery.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Nick, Teddy and Ollie traveling from Michigan. Teddy is 6 years old and this was his first guided fishing trip. Bass fishing is the perfect way to introduce it.
Lake Toho has a variety of freshwater species from largemouth bass to crappie or speck. You can really enjoy a fishing trip down here in Central Florida catching both on the same trip.
We went out on a short 4 hour trip and accomplished a lot. Teddy couldn’t wait to get out on the boat to catch some fish. They were a blast to have out on the water.
Nick, Teddy and Ollie caught 15 largemouth bass, 4 chain pickerel and 9 crappie or speck. They even caught speck on artificial baits. Wild caught shiners and minnows for the speck were the most effective methods.
They are looking forward to coming back and experiencing more of the action here on Lake Toho. It will be another amazing trip out on the water.
