I had the pleasure of fishing with Bill and Mike who were on the hunt for largemouth bass for two days. We went out of the north end of Lake Okeechobee.
Weather conditions were perfect for both days with temperatures in the low 80s and the wind blowing 4 mph out of the north. The skies were blue which set up for two epic days on the water.
Bill and Mike could have never expected the fishing to be this great. They caught over 100 fish throughout both their trips. One of the best parts was that they both broke their personal best largemouth bass. Bill caught one weighing 6.2 pounds and Mike caught one weighing 7.67 pounds.
We had a fantastic two days on the water and I can’t express enough how awesome it was to fish with these gentlemen. I am looking forward to fishing with them again soon to create more memories, one fish at a time.
